Candy Company

Landry and Stanley (me) designed a candy dispencer. It had to dispence four diffrent types of candy. We also had to make 4 NEW intresting candies. We ended up using 4 candy hoppers that dispenced the candy into a base unit.

The problem: we had to design a candy dispencer that could disepence for types of candy.
We had the same idea of four seprate hoppers that would dispence the 4 diffrent candies origannly we had a tree design of the hoppers that  connected to a central tube that we retrvied the candies at the bottom this evoled to four hoopers with four tubes to a cental base.

The constraints: Must be durable, Must not have a footprint that exceeds 8" wide x 4" deep x 4" high.
Must be made of four diffrent parts, must have four new, unique candy shapes. the cand cannot be bigger than .5" in any direction. We are communicating our results by posting this on our blog.

This is how our project turned out in CAD.

The scale is one block to one inch

Desion Matrix

We went from right to left consecutively. First we had the "Tree" design in the lower left.

then we tried to stack the silos on top another. Then we evoled to the 4 in a row but that exxceeded the

constraints so we enned up with the one in the upper right hand corner. (Isometric sketces)

This is our final product. (Mutiveiw sketces)

We also made a design pahmlet.

And everybodys favorite thing
